Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly recently adopted a Bengal kitten named Whiskey. While it’s admirable that the couple adopted a cat, PETA is blasting them for buying a purebred cat instead of adopting one of many homeless cats in shelters across Los Angeles.
The main goal is to convince people, no matter how much money they may have, to adopt one of many cats that need a good homer rather than buy a purebred just for show. While shaming the celebrity couple probably won’t change anything, it might make others think that all cats are worth adopting whether they’re a purebred or not.
