Robin Wagner adopted Blaze, a German shepherd mix, in 2019. At his first checkup, vets said Blaze was blind in one eye and would eventually go blind in the other eye. Not surprisingly, going blind completely caused Blaze to feel anxious.
Fortunately Blaze had a cat companion named Satin. At first, Blaze would step on Satin but when Satin started meowing, Blaze stopped. Now whenever Blaze might run into an obstacle, Satin meows to let him know to turn away. Who knew a cat could help a blind dog navigate its way around?
