To encourage people to adopt a pet, Lydia Sattler, Animal Services Director at the Jackson County Animal Shelter, captured a picture of two kittens named Sour Cream and Onion that happened to be sleeping together. For fun, Lydia advertised a “two-headed cat” up for adoption.

While some people thought this was real, most realized it was just two cats sleeping on top of each other. Still, it brought attention to the shelter so hopefully people will go down there and adopt some cats to give them a good home, whether they have one head or two.
