When cats fight, they could be playing or they could actually be fighting. If two cats are wrestling but hissing and growling, that means they’re probably seriously fighting. However if two cats are attacking each other but their hair is not up, they aren’t growling or hissing, and their ears aren’t pinned back, they’re probably just playing.
The latest viral video shows two cats, Flora and Max, playing and fighting in the kitchen. Suddenly, Calvin, the family’s black Labrador, spots the fighting cats and breaks it up by barking. Even though Flora and Max weren’t hurting each other, Calvin wanted to make sure both cats were safe, which shows that dogs can care about cats since the cats are part of the family too.
