Cats throw up periodically to cough up a hairball or just to make a mess for you to clean up when you least want to do so. Most of the time when a cat vomits, it’s part of nature, but if your cat vomits frequently, it may be time to look into possible health problems.
Some common causes of vomiting include intestinal diseases and parasites. This may require an examination by a veterinarian to determine the cause of vomiting so you can get your cat help right away. The sooner you solve your cat’s vomiting problems, the sooner it can go back to vomiting once a week on your bed, carpet, or dining room table.
