Tom Hank’s latest movie, “A Man Called Otto” is about a grumpy widower angry over his wife’s death so he takes his frustration out on everyone around him. However, he gradually learns to embrace life again partly with the help of a cat.
By learning to care for a cat, Tom Hank’s character starts learning to care for others beyond himself. Because when you have a cat, you learn to care for the cat at the sacrifice of yourself, because teaching people they mean nothing next to a cat is what owning a cat is all about.
