On the island of Cyprus, COVID has killed thousands of cats. That’s why the government has delivered 500 boxes of anti-COVID medication with a total of 2,000 allocated to help quell this COVID crisis among felines.
The medicine has proven to help 85% of infected felines. The hope is that the medicine will protect the island’s remaining cats so that way Cyprus can remain known as the “Island of Cats” for tourists and residents alike to enjoy.
