Taiwan lies right off the coast of China and has constantly been threatened by China. However, Taiwan’s ambassador said that her policy towards China would be as a “cat warrior,” which she learned from her cats.
Apparently this means she would mind her own business like a cat, but be ready to attack if necessary. That might also mean Taiwan plans to make China clean its litter box and feed it several times a day to keep it happy, but at least it’s nice to know that Taiwan is plotting their diplomatic strategy based on a cat.
