Nearly all cats love catnip. When cats see catnip, they often roll around in ecstasy and look like drugged out teenagers lounging around. So not surprisingly, even big cats like cheetahs and leopards can like catnip too.
The latest viral video shows a woman at a big cat sanctuary, casually strolling up to a big cat and spraying catnip on a wooden platform. The big cat immediately starts sniffing the catnip and rolling around just like a domestic house cat.
So if you’re ever in the wild being stalked by a big cat, throw some catnip to distract the animal. You may be surprised at just how much big cats like catnip just like their smaller domestic cousins.
