When most cats get separated from their owners, they often wander around looking confused or feral. However, one cat was found wandering around on its own while wearing a strawberry dress. That means someone likely cared for the cat enough to dress her up in a dress.
Now the cat has been taken to a shelter and hopefully the owner can be found to take her home. Otherwise the cat in the strawberry dress will find plenty of other people willing to take the cat in. So the lesson is that if you have a cat, get it microchipped to increase the odds that it can be returned to you. Unfortunately, putting a strawberry dress on a cat isn’t quite as effective as a microchip.
