Many students attend college to learn more about life and specialize in a specific field of knowledge. At Vermont State University, students had the pleasure of interacting with Mac the cat, who lived in a home near the campus. In his free time, Max would wander on to the campus and interact with the students.

Now the university has decided to grant Max an honorary degree in litter-ature for his friendliness to all students who often pose to take selfies. Max’s presence has undoubtedly comforted many students as they realize if a cat can remain calm at school, then they should too.
