Six years ago, a stray cat wandered into the Outwoods Primary in Atherstone, Warwickshire in England. Teachers and students named the cat Cilla and students soon fell in love with her. Students claim that Cilla helps calm them down before they take tests.
For her efforts in helping students get through their studies, Cilla even won National Cat Award’s Connected Cats honour, for cats that have made an impact on social media or in their local community. So if you feel anxious about life in general, get a cat.
