Most cats are picky eaters so it;’s not surprising that owners will do practically anything to get their cats to eat. One person went to visit their parents in Italy and noticed them pouring olive oil on dried food before feeding the cat.
Apparently the cat refused to eat the dried food until the owners poured a little olive oil on it first. Since olive oil is often used in Italian cooking, it only makes sense that the cat wanted to respect Italian cuisine by insisting on a little olive oil on its dried food as well.
