One of the hottest trends these days is cat cafes where patrons can enjoy a snack or a beverage in a roomful of cats. While cat cafes have spread across the world, a variation of these concept has emerged as well: cat yoga.
The idea is to do yoga in a roomful of cats. That way you get exercise and stretching while cats roam around and generally get in your way while not exercising or stretching. This is meant to motivate you despite the fact that cats likely have a better life while doing nothing.
Like a cat cafe, if you like the cats around you, you can adopt one. That way the cat can ignore you at home instead of at the yoga center.
