Tiff Evans owns a pet cat named Darcy. When 24-year old Tiff lay convulsing on her bed with a dangerously inflamed brain – moments from permanent injury or death, Darcy sprang into action and ran into Tiff’s mother’s room, meowing like crazy.
Thanks to Darcy’s persistent meowing, Tiff’s mother, Jenny, was able to call for help. Doctors said if another 10 or 15 minutes had gone past, Tiff would have risked serious brain injury or death. Thanks to Darcy, Tiff is now expected to recover.
