Los Angeles is a city blessed with pleasant weather. Unfortunately, such mild weather also makes it a perfect breeding ground for feral cats. Even worse, a lawsuit years ago banned the use of “Trap-Neuter-Return” program that has been proven to limit feral cats.

Within seven years, one single pair of unfixed cats and their offspring can produce up to 420,000 kittens. So if you live in Los Angeles, adopt a cat (or ten) and help get feral cats off the street. Otherwise, Los Angeles may wind up overrun with more feral cats than aspiring actors.
