In Minnesota there’s a neighborhood known as “the wedge”, otherwise known as Lowry Hill East. For the past seven years, people have gathered in this neighborhood for an annual cat tour where everyone walks around spotting cats and admiring special cat displays that neighbors set up in their homes.
Many participants even brought along their own cats in strollers, leashes, or backpacks so they could enjoy the festivities too. If Minnesota can enjoy a cat tour, perhaps people in other neighborhoods can start a similar cat tour on their own so everyone can enjoy the benefits of a cat.
