When a mountain lion came down from the hills to peek into a house outside Boulder, Colorado, it was surprised to find an ordinary house cat staring it back down. The mountain lion and cat glared at each other for about 30 seconds before the mountain lion decided to leave the house cat’s turf and find some place where it would encounter less resistance.
Tom Mabe, who captured a video of the house cat staring down a mountain lion, told his wife, “Is that crazy or what?”
