I’m not sure who comes up with these “official” holidays but September has been designated as Happy Cat Month. Presumably the other eleven months out of the year are “Your cat isn’t happy with you” month. If you want to learn some ways to make your cat happy during Happy Cat Month (or any other time of the year for that matter), you can take your cat to the vet (always a happy time for your cat), buy more cat toys, and get another cat.
