When local TV news reporter Garrett Brnger of WICS ABC 20 tried to interview people on the street about a recent Illinois water rate increase, nobody wanted to comment. So Garrett simply took his film crew and microphone and decided to interview a local cat.
Although the cat had no comment, it’s a safe bet that the rate increase for water will take more money away from people and put it in the hands of the government where it will get squandered and wasted. Perhaps instead of interview a cat, Illinois should just consider making a cat in charge of their government instead. The way most politicians handle money, a cat would probably be an improvement.
