For some reason known only to the cat, a cat climbed a locust tree in Pennsylvania and after getting to the top, the poor cat couldn’t figure out how to get back down again.

The owner of the tree called animal control services, but because the person calling didn’t own the cat, animal services refused to help. When a local TV news show broadcast the cat’s predicament, a neighbor hired a tree trimming service to rescue the cat and finally bring it down.

The lesson is clear. If you’re a cat, think about climbing down first before climbing up. That lesson probably applies to a lot of people as well.
