In case you missed the news, the NASA Mars rover, dubbed Curiosity, has apparently run over a Martian cat. Obviously the news media has hushed up this story, but the fine journalists at the Weekly World News discovered the truth and have updated their story with dire warnings on how the Martians might retaliate after NASA accidentally killed one of their prized felines.
Can we expect a Martian invasion to avenge the death of a Martian cat? Or do Martians treat their cats with the same respect that humans treat our own kitties?
