As an April Fool’s joke, Google made a fake app dubbed QWERTY Cats. The idea is that when your cat walks across your keyboard, the app translates the random characters into the cat’s intended meaning. The fake app has both a keyboard, mouse, and touchpad mode so your cat can theoretically communicate with you through any of your computer’s standard input devices.

Opera Software introduced their own April Fool’ smoke consisting of a special browser just for cats that can respond to lick gestures as well as paw gestures. By creating a special browser for cats, your kitty can surf the Internet in search of more cat pictures and news.
