As cats get older, their behavior changes just like humans. The only difference is that elderly cats rarely spend all of their time gambling their Social Security checks away like elderly humans often do. If you have an elderly cat, you may notice some behavior changes such as meowing more or less or changing eating habits.

If you notice a drastic change in behavior, have your cat checked by a vet. If you just notice a minor shift in behavior, changes are good your cat is just messing with your mind to see what you might do next, so it shouldn’t be anything to worry about.
