The people in New Castle, Pennsylvania have a problem. For some odd reason, the entire town reeks of the pungent smell of cat urine. Why? Nobody knows.

The smell seems to linger near the town’s sewage plant and health officials say the odor isn’t harmful, but who wants to smell cat urine outside? AT the very least, the people in New Castle can imagine themselves living in a giant litter box where a giant invisible cat is spraying their town daily.
