Last year in New York, Andre Robinson lured a stray cat closer and then viciously kicked it, sending it flying like a football. Fortunately animal lovers rescued the cat and got it medical attention. Now as Andre Robinson faces a court hearing for his animal cruelty, the stray cat that he kicked, nicknamed King in honor of Martin Luther King Jr., has found a happy home.

Chris Scordo, King’s new owner, says, “He’s really sweet and tender.” Fortunately with King’s new owner taking care of him, King will likely never have to face another brutal assault from another person again.
