Most people thinks are loyal and protective of people, but cats can be too. As a test, a man sat by a baby and repeatedly tapped the baby’s car seat while saying “Naughty baby.” The cat, thinking the man was hitting the baby, leaped to the rescue.
After initially tapping the man’s arm to get him to stop, the cat finally sank its claws in his flesh to make him stop. At no time was the baby ever in any real danger, but it shows that cats have feelings too and can be protective of those they love.
