Through a combination of digital photo editing and graphics artistry, a variety of people have created images that depict cats in outer space. Whether cats would ever care to float weightlessly in orbit or explore the galaxies may be debatable, but what isn’t debatable is that cats look cute in astronaut outfits while exploring new worlds on their own.
If people have so much time to depict images of cats in space, perhaps they could channel that energy into actually bringing felines with them in orbiting space stations and moon bases of the future. After all, mice will likely find a way to infest future space stations so you’ll need a cat to help catch them.
