New Orleans may soon get a cat cafe to go along with the rest of the world. Miranda Schneider and her business partner, Drew Rumley, are attempting to bring “Dat Cat Cafe” using a crowd funding campaign.
“Dat Cat Cafe is slated to be New Orleans first, and Louisiana’s only, cat cafe, a rescue cat endeavor that’s going to allow people to spend time having positive human/animal interactions in the hopes of having cats adopted to good and loving homes,” said Miranda.
If you like the idea of visiting a cat cafe, or just like cats in general, consider donating to bring a cat cafe to New Orleans. Like other cat cafes, people will be able to enjoy a snack and a beverage while hanging out with cats.
