When Ozzy was a kitten, he fell off a windowsill and bumped his head. That bump caused his eyes to stay permanently cross-eyed, giving him a strange look as if he’s permanently hypnotized.
Despite his cross-eyed appearance, Ozzy still functions normally as long as he stays inside the house. Occasionally Ozzy has gotten outside and gotten lost. Fortunately each time someone has found him and brought him back home.
