The Internet loves cat pictures and cat videos, so you would think it’s a cinch to make a cat famous on Instagram just by posting a few pictures, right? Wrong. As one person noted, trying to make a cat famous involves more than just a handful of pictures.
Strangely, dogs are more popular on Instagram because they can roam outdoors. Cats generally sleep and look upset that you’re taking their picture, which doesn’t make for an endearing image that others will want to share.
Perhaps it’s just the right look that will make a cat famous, or it’s good marketing. Whatever the case, trying to make your cat famous on the Internet isn’t as simple as you might think.
