Dominque Lesbirel of the Netherlands is getting married again, after losing her husband to kidney failure. Unlike most women, her first husband, Doerack, was a cat.
“Putting Doerack to sleep was horrible, I’ve had him since he was three, but I feel lucky to have had 16 lovely years with him,” she said.
Now that her cat has died, Dominque plans to marry her dog. If you’re a woman having a hard time finding a suitable husband, just check your nearest pet shelter. You may find a suitable mate just waiting for you to cater to him so you’ll both be happy forever.
