If you happen to live in Los Angeles, you may not be aware that the law limits you to three cats per house. Right now you’re allowed to own up to three cats that may be indoor or outdoor cats. However with possible rule changes, you would be able to own five cats but they must all be indoor cats.
The goal is to encourage more people to adopt cats legally. Of course, most people have cats illegally since breaking the rules is something cats are familiar with doing already. If you want to thumb your nose at the authorities, adopt as many cats as you can afford to care for. That will show Los Angeles who’s the boss.
