A rented house in Chattanooga was occupied by three young adults. In the early morning, everyone was asleep when one of the woman’s cat meowed and licked her face until she woke up. That’s when the woman then noticed that the house was on fire.
The woman woke up the rest of the roommates and all got out the house. However one roommate tried to go back into the house to get the cat but was driven back by the smoke and heat. Sadly, the cat did not survive the fire, but it proves that cats can be just as dependable as dogs and probably more loyal than many people as well.
