Cat cafes may be popular in Asia and other parts of the world, but England has now claimed the world’s first cat pub. Now instead of enjoying a latte with a cat, you can enjoy a stiff drink with a cat.
Bag O’Nails, a standard British pub on St. George’s Road in Bristol, is home to 15 cats. “We once had 24 but that was too much,” landlord Luke Daniels said. “The reaction is mostly positive. Occasionally you might have some people walking in and leaving and some might be allergic to cats but people love it.”
