In England, the supermarket chain Sainsbury’s created a Christmas commercial called “Mog’s Christmas Calamity,” narrated by actress Emma Thompson. In this commercial, Mog is a lovable cat having a nightmare when he wakes up.
Unfortunately his clumsiness in exploring the kitchen sets off a variety of disasters that break cups and glasses around the kitchen along with starting a fire and wrecking the Christmas tree. Despite Mog’s clumsiness, everything turns out well in the end when the neighbors share what their Christmas with Mog’s family.
While it’s nice to laugh at a fake cat wrecking a house, most cat lovers have to put up with daily abuse form their own cat wrecking their house. Unfortunately, real cat home wreckers don’t always conclude with a happy ending, but at least you can always have an interesting story to tell about your cat.
