For a pet, there’s probably nothing more humiliating than to be seen walking around with a plastic cone around your neck. While the plastic cone is meant to keep the cat from licking or biting a treated area, sometimes the plastic cone can be put to other uses.
One cat discovered that its plastic cone actually made a perfect drinking dish. By putting the cone near the faucet, the cat could collect water in the cone and drink it at its leisure. When you see cats using their ingenuity, you have to wonder why so many humans seem to lack such similar mental facilities.
