Many places around the world are little better than a dump, but resident in New Castle, Pennsylvania have a different problem. Their town may be fine, but last year everyone agreed that it smelled like cat urine.
Since New Castle wasn’t suddenly overrun by hordes of stray cats, residents are still puzzled why their town smelled so bad. Perhaps someone just got a stray cat that decided to mark the entire town as its territory. Or maybe hordes of stray cats did run through New Castle and urinate, only to sneak away later when nobody could see them.
