Cats seem to have a mind of their own, but often the activities of their mind seem completely mystifying, even to their owners. In the case of a 41-year-old stay-at-home mum named Zoe Whittaker, dealing with a seemingly sweet cat turned deadly.

Zoe had adopted a pale ginger moggy named Bradley cause irreparable damage to a £380 carpet in her lounge, but he scratched and bit her so badly that she needed antibiotics and a tetanus injection.
