When kittens want to be around their mother, even if it’s a human acting as their mother, they often want to get as close as possible. In this case, a kitten simply crawled up a woman’s jacket and buried itself in the sleeve. That way the kitten could stay close to its human mother without having to expend any energy to maintain close contact.
