It seems like people are starting conventions for practically every industry and interest, and cats are no exception. If you happen to be in Los Angeles on June 25 and 26, spend a little time visiting CatCon LA, a convention dedicated to people who love cats.

Julie Newmar, who played Catwoman in the 1960s Batman will be there, signing books and photos. Actress Mariel Hemingway will host a seminar with former Oprah producer and A Letter To My Cat creator Lisa Erspamer, and L.A. treasure Dr. Paul Koudounaris will give a lecture on cats in history.

If you can’t get enough of cats, then be sure to attend CatCon LA. You can even adopt some more cats there if you wish.
