Cats seem to think they own the world so they have no trouble laying anywhere that looks comfortable, even if that spot happens to be in the middle of some railroad tracks. He quickly rushed across the tracks and moved the cat out of the way. Then using the contact information on the cat’s collar, he contacted the cat’s owner who came by to collect their pet.
