Curiosity may kill the cat, but volunteers can save them. That’s what happened when Cali, a Calico cat, climbed a tree and then got stuck in there for several days. Rescuers tried using a bucket truck but the bucket could only reach up to 30 feet and the cat was tuck at 60 feet.

Then rescuers came up with a clever solution. While a group of volunteers held a fishing net underneath, someone in a bucket truck got close enough to the branch that the cat was on and shook it violently until the cat fell off and into the safety of the net below.
