Nearly half of all cat owners report that their cats have physically attacked them. That’s in addition to cats shredding furniture, knocking over vases, and shedding all over the house. Yet people still love them.

Scientists speculate that cats have molded humans to their will because of their big eyes (needed for predatory behavior) and small nose that closely resembles a human infant. So when people see a cat, they think of a cute, helpless child that just happens to have teeth and claws that can rip an artery out of your throat in no time.

Yet people still love cats despite their drawbacks. That just goes to show you how well cats have molded the human race to be their servants and inferior companions.
