Some cats are loners and some cats are more social animals, just like human beings. The only difference is that when human beings rip up drapes and refuse to use a flushable toilet, they’re considered mentally unstable.
So when Giverny Forbes first saw Bella in a New Zealand shelter, she knew she had to take Bella the cat home. That’s when she discovered that Bella loved everyone she met. Nine years later, Giverny brought him a rabbit and now Bella spends time with the rabbit everyday.
“They are like sisters,” Forbes says. “Every day Poppy demands licks from Bella, so you can tell it’s one of her favorite things.”
