Lying Cat is a creation of Bryan K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples, creators of the epic sci-fantasy comic Saga. She’s a tiger-sized, hairless blue Sphynx cat, and partner of the intergalactic bounty hunter called The Will. Like most cats, Lying Cat can detect a lie, but Lying Cat can also tell the liar right to their face, “LYING.”
With politicians telling blatant lies, Lying Cat could become the official mascot of the world’s governments, or at least the world’s top leaders. Then again, when have government leaders ever told the truth? Perhaps the official mascot of the world could either by Lying Cat or Grumpy Cat.
