Paul Robertson, a long-haul truck driver recently lost his cat, Percy, while recovering from a bout of food poisoning at a rest area in Ohio. While Robertson slept in the truck, Percy stepped on the power window switch and escaped out the open window.
After waiting for 24 hours, Robertson had to leave Percy behind because he had a load to deliver. After reaching his destination, 400 miles later, Robertson was astounded to find Percy crawling out from under the truck. Apparently Percy had been hiding under the truck the whole time and rode the 400 miles underneath.
Now Percy has been joyfully reunited with his owner, who has covered up the power window switches to keep Percy from escaping again.
