While responding to a basement fire in a house, the Lynchburg Fire Department discovered a mamma cat and her kittens. Just as firefighters are trained to save human lives, they’re also trained to save animal lives as well.
The mother cat recently gave birth to four kittens and is currently up for adoption at the Lynchburg Humane Society, so if you live in Virginia and have room to adopt a mother cat and any of her kittens, be sure to drop by the Humane Society. Also give thanks to the Lynchburg firefighters for saving the lives of a mother and her kittens.
