Every cat owner knows that cats can think, often in devious and selfish ways. However, scientists are researching ways to decipher what cats may be thinking so they can detect early signs of a global cat uprising.

Carlo Siracusa – a clinical assistant professor and behavioral medicine expert at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine – suggests that one of the best indicators of a cat’s mood is actually its tail. Of course by watching a cat’s tail, you have to worry about its claws.
