A man in England was walking on a hot summer day when he noticed a cat carrier in the middle of the sidewalk. curious, he peeked inside and found a cat inside with all of her toys scattered nearby. Finally, a man dumped a cat tree on the sidewalk and said he simply didn’t want the cat any more so he was abandoning it.
Fortunately the passerby contacted a local animal shelter and they took the cat in. Hopefully this cat will find a new home where she will be wanted and loved. The lesson is clear. If you have a cat that you can no longer care for, please do your best to help the cat find a good home somewhere else. Abandoning a cat is not a solution.
